StarFire Country Club features 27 holes of public golf in north-central Scottsdale. The original 18-hole golf course is the Hawk and Squire nines, which were both renovated by Arnold Palmer Design. Palmer made the holes more challenging and they now feature water hazards on 13 holes. Both nines however still play shorter than the King nine, which was also designed by Palmer. The 27-hole club offers beautiful views of the McDowell Mountains and features a restaurant, pro shop and banquet facilities, plus a putting and chipping area.
