- Course was in great shape. Greens rolled true/fast and the bunkers were packed with fresh sand. Pace of play was solid at 4 hours. Would play again soon.The North course was re-done to the tune of $8 million two years ago with most of that underground with a complete overhaul of the irrigation system. The course is well laid out with bunkers coming into play for most players. Most greens have been "toughened up" and are among the most difficult I've played. The ball runs true but there are significant elevation changes on every hole....
Good course to play. Wide open fairways and lot's of bunkers. They need more sand in them.Nice array of holes with drive-able par 4"s and long par 5's. Staff here is better then most.Nice fairways and rough is low.Fun short course with very good greens.fun to putt on.Staff could be friendlier but I understand the management. First course in Sun city.
